This inclusive program is for the instructor who seeks to expand their programming and connection skills with proven knowledge and support, knows where they want to be as a teacher, and is ready to put in the work to enhance their teaching skills.
(In teacher training right now? I recommend a minimum of 6 months of practice teaching experience before joining Class Design Superstar in order for this program to be the most successful for you.)
This On-Demand course offers both recorded material and live meetings for an optimal learning experience. It is my sincere goal to make sure as many learning styles are covered as possible with visual, audio, practical, and live experiences plus Q&A with me.
- When do I start?Β Your program is open immediately upon registration! You can set your own schedule and pace to complete the program on your time. Most people take about 6β12 weeks to complete the full program depending on their schedule, learning style, and how long they choose to implement their new knowledge before starting the next module. *I recommend 1β2 weeks between modules for the best experience.
- Modules. This program includes six (6) modules. Each module includes several short learning videos on a specific themed teaching skill topic, plus one class plan video to demonstrate how to put what you learned into action. You also receive a few special bonuses for each module too!
- Class Plans.Β Using the provided digital and PDF templates in each module, you’ll follow the class plan video to create a rock star program for your clients that emphasizes your unique talents and capabilities as an instructor. (Don’t worry — I’ll guide you through every step of the way!)
- Implementation week.Β Using what you learned in each module, and your newly created class plan, implement your new knowledge and skills into your private and group sessions during the week before diving into the next module.
- Q&A Sessions. Join the live Q&A sessions 2x/month to get support and make sure your teaching and programming are on track, and your questions are answered! Plus, score upgrades, teaching tips, exercise & cueing demos, and learn as a community. This is hands-down everyone’s favorite part of the program!
The Q&A sessions meet via Zoom twice a month on Wednesdays at 11am PT / 1pm CT / 2pm ET.
The meetings are 90 minutes, and recordings are available on the platform within 48 hours.
You’ll need…
- A device (computer, tablet, phone) with internet access to watch the OnDemand videos. The Class Design Superstar portal is accessed on my website, ginnymassie.com
- A Google accountΒ (free) if you’d like to use the digital templates on Google Docs. However, PDF templates will also be provided for those who wish to have printed copies or aren’t as comfortable with technology.
- A Zoom account to join the live Q&A sessions (also free).
You can earn 16 CECs for Class Design Superstar…
- Take the final 55 point quiz at the end of the course. It’s an “open book” quiz, and you must pass with a score of 78% or greater (43/55). Retakes available if needed.
- Attend at least 4 live Q&A sessions.Β
Certificates are emailed to participants as soon as the above requirements have been met.
Once registered, you’ll receive the link for the online course portal hosted on my website, and you’ll create your own login.
This is where you’ll access the module videos, class plan assignments, bonuses, and Q&A Session recordings.Β
And, you retain access to the full Class Design Superstar program, including Q&A sessions, for the duration that you remain enrolled.

Previously this course was offered as a 12-week program with two weeks allotted per module – the first week for completing the learning videos and class plan, the second week for the live call and implementing the content into your teaching.
Past students in this program all came to love the live calls, the community, and additional coaching information! And would comment that they wished it could continue on for longer.
In response to this request, the program is now set at a minimum 3 month enrollment (just like before) but with the option to stay in the program and community for as long as you wish or need!
Cancellation after 3 months is available within the portal for your convenience.
You can expect to spend a total of 4-6 hours working through each module, depending on your learning style and how long it takes you to complete the module assignments.
- Learning Videos = 2 – 3 hrs per module
- Live Q&A Sessions = 1.5 hrsΒ
- Class Planning = Variable
- Class Plan implementation = As many times as you wish!
With on-demand access, you get to set your pace – and your schedule!
I recommend setting aside regular time on your calendar for watching the learning videos and creating your module class plan. This can be done over the course of several days, or you can binge complete it all in one sitting – it’s completely up to you!
Then once you complete the module content, implement it directly into your teaching sessions right away for the best learning and absorption process. Then repeat again with the next module.
In this way you’ll continually build your skills through learning + implementing throughout the program, increasing your abilities and confidence in what you’re learning along the way!
I know how busy you are because I WAS you. When you start thinking about the time commitment and all the work that goes into planning your teaching day and what your clients need, itβs overwhelming. But you know you need to make a change.
Thatβs why each module is broken down into short digestible videos for easy study.Β By viewing the program in these smaller timeframes, you are honoring your daily life and giving yourself space to learn and implement your new skills without causing burnout.
